    1. Deposit Requirement

      • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.



    2. Balance Payment

      • Remaining balance due four weeks prior to arrival (non-refundable once paid).



    3. Bookings Within Four Weeks

      • Full balance due immediately and non-refundable.



    4. Non-Transferable

      • Deposits and balances cannot be transferred to another booking or person.



    5. Cancellations


      • We strongly recommend arranging comprehensive holiday insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may require you to cancel, as this festive stay is non-refundable under the terms outlined above.
