This retreat is a classic cabin in the woods, with the benefit of sitting on a sunny plot. With its waney edged larch and smart grey windows this is the perfect cabin in the woods. Presented with a master suite with double bed and ensuite shower room. It also features a further double room and twin bedroom, sleeping a total of six people. All of the walls are white-washed and there is smart yet practical wood flooring throughout. The addition of a wood burner makes winter evenings a real treat. There is a sunken hot tub on the large sun deck, which is fun whatever the weather.

The farmland around Fritton Lake has gradually been restored to self-management, leading to the protection and restoration of carefully managed sustainable wildland that is now home to free-roaming deer, cattle, water buffalo, sheep, ponies, pigs and rich bird and plant life.
Guests are encouraged to book onto nature and foraging safaris or join our rewilding team to learn from and improve our natural ecosystem. Our menu is developed around food provided by our nature restoration project and complemented by produce from only the very best local suppliers, creating a sustainable feast for members, holidaymakers and guests. We take great pride in creating dishes which work with the seasons, reduce food miles and taste fantastic.
